We use our homegrown and family-farmed produce in our expansive wedding menus, from canapes, to our signature brownie cake. We’re proud to have been awarded a 2AA Rosette for culinary excellence and are a two-time winner of the ‘Taste of Kent’ Awards.
With a flourishing Kitchen Garden of over one acre, our wedding menus serve up fresh and seasonal fruits and veg, as well as herbs and botanicals for our cocktails and mocktails. We’re big believers that local is best - and you don’t get more local than your own back garden.
Grass-grazed beef from our family-farm & free range game from the Harty estate take ‘pride of plate’ on our wedding menus, along with quality Kentish meat from trusted local producers. From our eggs, to what we can forage with our own green fingers from the hedgerows and shoreline, flavoursome produce is at its best when it’s fresh & local.
We’re proud to bring award-winning gins, vodka and whisky full circle, from our family farm back to the bar. We grow three types of grain, which when harvested is used by the local Copper Rivet Distillery to craft their fantastic, artisan spirits. Along with a selection of Kentish wines, beer, cider and juices, they make for a lot of tasty tipples at the bar.
