2026 WeddingsWinter is a beautiful season to get married and our backdrop next to the Swale estuary means that late afternoon light shines through for those magical couples' portraits. The fires roaring, twinkling fairy lights and festive touches really make it the most wonderful time of the year to get wed.
Winter WeddingsFor making the most of the special occasion and extending your celebrations, our two day wedding packages include a hog roast or grazing table for you and your guests the night before the big day, and accommodation for up to 70 in our 11 4* luxury B&B rooms and nearby Mocketts Farm Cottages.
Two Day WeddingsIf you're looking for something a little less formal, a sunset ceremony and party under the stars, our twilight package may be just the thing for you. All the best parts of the day, just without the formal sit down meal, it's perfect if you're looking for something a little more relaxed.

Wedding Extras ListWhilst planning, the whole team were so friendly and professional and couldn't do more to support our vision for our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and was always decorated perfectly to reflect the current seasons. Each planning meeting was well thought out and enabled us to think of things we may not have previously! I would recommend anyone to have their wedding or event at The Ferry House.
We loved how amazing our coordinator Sam was, she went above and beyond, to make the day relaxed and blissful. The food was fantastic, and am genuinely sad I can't eat there everyday. The facilities were beautiful, the event suite, the barn, the pub, the accommodation, and even the toilets, were all fantastic!
From the moment we arrived to view the venue we knew it was special, in its own little world down on the estuary The Ferry House is a unique and beautiful venue our friends and family still can't stop talking about. The wedding planning team are wonderful, so quick to respond and encourage you to tailor the day to you and your style. They have a list of trusted suppliers for any and every wedding requirement you have. We had the best wedding and i wish we could go back and do it all again. You have a choice of ceremony locations, Wedding breakfast locations and menu, we got married outside in the Gazebo and our photos look incredible with the water behind us. Our wedding breakfast was in the Event Suite and we were able to decorate the beautiful and light room to the style we wanted with hanging flowers, centerpieces and chair covers. The barn was used in the evening for all our extras such as sweet tables etc and it was the most magical place to have a wedding.
