Our 3 tier deconstructed brownie cake is perfect for those sweet toothed guests. Covered in white chocolate, salted caramel and orange cheesecake frosting, it's our unique take on the traditional wedding cake. You can either provide your own flowers for decoration or we can add foliage from our Kitchen Garden.

Choose between 5 tiers made up of Brie and vintage Cheddar or 8 tiers of Cornish Yarg, Colston Bassett stilton, Brie, vintage Cheddar, Francis & white goats cheese. Both dressed with foliage from our Kitchen Garden, the tower will be portioned and served with home baked bread, homemade chutneys and fruit with your evening food.
