Our food provenance is our passion & we're on the look out for chefs who share in our 'plot to plate, field to fork & grain to glass' ethos. Get your knives into the freshest & most local of produce, with our large kitchen garden, family-farmed beef, locally shot game & the many foragables from the Harty estate & estuary shoreline.
Chefs work with our Gardening Team to cultivate, crop & utilise quality ingredients to make the mouth watering menus for our 2AA Rosette restaurant & events venue.
