When someone says to you ' if you want to go to somewhere in the middle of nowhere' this is certainly the place! As we drove down Harty Ferry Road, you do think, where on earth are we going, there isn't anything around, apart from wild horses and the most amazing wildlife, then out of nowhere you see the Ferry House.

When we arrived at reception, we were made to feel so welcome.
Our room was wonderful, we stayed in the new section of the Ferry House which I will say is lovely and bright, specious and contemporary, we did take our dog for the overnight stay too, they do provide bed/bowls etc. Before dinner we both had a very relaxing full body massage, I highly recommend a treatment, the beauty rooms are delightful.

The restaurant is very welcoming with a roaring, I would definitely have a couple of cocktails before dinner. Dinner was delicious, wine was great, the staff can't do anymore for you, so friendly.

Definitely a place I would recommend.

I had the best afternoon at The Ferry House. Always a warm friendly welcome and was lovely to sit outside in the sunshine with a glass of Prosecco before having my massage. Katie is a fantastic therapist, very professional and always makes you feel at ease. I've not had a Full body Swedish massage before and it was amazing. I felt relaxed and refreshed. I sat outside again after with a lovely pot of Green Tea before heading home. I highly recommend having a treatment with Katie. Lovely location looking over the estuary.

I have visited many times and it is such a special place (my husband and I married here) but on this occasion it was to try the spa for the very first time. I was a bit flustered on arrival as made my way here a different way from home and got a bit lost! I was a little late but I was reassured straight away it wasn't a problem. A quick rearrangement of times for my treatment, my friends and our dining, and I was offered a drink and use of the toilet before we began. The treatment room was the perfect temperature for me after being in the heat of the sun and was set up to be a tranquil and relaxing. Katie was brilliant, she instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. After completing some paperwork, she explained the treatment and then left me to get undressed and position myself on the treatment bed. I was having a Mum to Be massage and at 34 weeks pregnant found myself to feel extremely comfortable which is something I don't always feel these days haha!
Katie took her time to gently massage my legs, back, arms asking if the pressure was okay for me. It really was! Magic hands! I enjoyed every moment and could have happily drifted off to sleep, especially when Katie finished off with a very light scalp massage which I wasn't expecting. Very sad when it was over. I would thoroughly recommend a treatment here and would certainly come back again (if my new arrival will let me! Haha!) Thank you Katie!
