Our six luxurious Coach House rooms are individually styled with exceptional furnishings & super king-size, plush beds. Décor pays homage to our waterside location & homegrown food ethos.
Just five minutes’ from The Ferry House, our five country cottages sleep 47+ guests. Beautifully & conveniently situated, they’re the perfect way to extend your celebrations with an overnight stay, or for one of our ‘two day weddings’.
See out your first married night in style in our beautiful Honeymoon Suite. It comes complete with glorious views over the river estuary, a queen-sized sleigh bed, lounge area & a spa bath with room for two!
Our Waterside & Coach House rooms have been lovingly & carefully furnished to the highest standard, including handmade beds, soft linens & British bath products. For that next morning pick-me-up there’s also a Nespresso coffee machine, not to mention our award-winning breakfast.

The cottages are perfect for families, with some offering ground floor accessible rooms and wet rooms for less able guests. Even the dog is welcome!

More InformationWe hired out the entire complex and stayed for our wedding weekend, it all worked perfectly for us! They are in a stunning location with beautiful views in all directions. The kitchens are fully supplied with plenty of plates/glasses/pots/pans/etc. We had catering from the Ferry House one night, which was delicious and very smoothly managed by the team. A lovely stay.
Myself and my bridal party stayed at Mocketts Farm the night before my wedding. We stayed in Fleet Lodge, Harriet’s Nest and The Saltings. Could not fault the stay. The cottages were a great size, couldn’t believe how big the living space and bedrooms were. Lovely views to wake up to and so peaceful around the cottages. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
