WATERSIDE ROOMS

Our five beautiful Waterside rooms sleep 10 and can be found above our barn wedding venue. With views over the estuary and gardens, they are the perfect end to your celebrations.

COACH HOUSE ROOMS

Our six luxurious Coach House rooms are individually styled with exceptional furnishings & super king-size, plush beds. Sleeping 12, décor pays homage to our waterside location & homegrown food ethos.

MOCKETTS FARM COTTAGES

Just five minutes’ from The Ferry House, our five country cottages sleep 53+ guests. Beautifully & conveniently situated, they’re the perfect way to extend your celebrations with an overnight stay, or for one of our ‘two day weddings’.

FIVE SELF-CATERING COTTAGES

With five cottages sleeping 47+ of your guests, your big day can easily become a big weekend, with a games room, BBQ area and various dining areas for pre or post-wedding gatherings. The cottages are perfect for families, with some offering ground floor accessible rooms and wet rooms for less able guests. Even the dog is welcome!

Recently stayed at Mocketts Farm for a family wedding at the Ferry House.
The accommodation was spacious, clean, convenient to the location and very peaceful.
Fleet Lodge was well equipped and contained everything we needed.
We all wished we had a little more time there!

We managed to rent all five cottages for our family and friends to stay during our wedding weekend! What a beautiful, tranquil location to relax before the big day. All the properties were well equipped with everything required. Comfy beds. Dog friendly and safe for the kiddies to run around with the ducks or hide away in the games room. Staff were extremely helpful with tips during our stay. Would love to come back and stay a little longer to take full advantage. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. James & Natalie
