The Oak Barn

Our beautiful & spacious Barn makes for a striking event space with its lofty gable ceiling and hops-hung beams. What’s more, it opens onto a private terrace and landscaped garden, with views down to the waterfront. An in-room private bar is also available.

The Event Suite

For larger occasions & events look no further than our splendid and airy Event Suite with its estuary views. Enjoy them from the outside in, with large bi-folding doors that open onto a private terrace and beautiful gardens beyond.

The Oak Gazebo

Our beautiful Oak Gazebo overlooks our landscaped gardens and the Swale estuary. The proverbial ‘best seat in the house’ for 2-10 guests, it comes complete with heaters, your choice of music & a personal waiter.

The Farmhouse

Our beautiful Farmhouse ‘cottage’ is just five minutes from The Ferry House. Combine your celebration with an overnight stay in country tranquility. With an open plan ground floor, private garden & eight ensuite bedrooms sleeping 17+, it’s quite the celebratory space.

B&B GUEST ROOMS

Event guests can stay in 11 individually-styled B&B rooms at The Ferry House, with select rooms also offering additional camp beds. Guest room accommodation can be booked alongside our self-catering cottages to sleep 70+.

Just five minutes from The Ferry House, our five self-catering cottages at Mocketts Farm can be hired individually or together to sleep anywhere from 4-47+ event guests.
