Join us on selected dates throughout the year for our Kitchen Garden Open Days. This is a self guided open day where our Garden Team will be available throughout the day to answer any questions and it's a wonderful opportunity to see each season's produce growing in our 1.5 acre Kitchen Garden before trying it all for yourself over lunch.

Email InterestJoin us on Tuesday 2nd July between 10am-12.30pm for our Hand Tied Bouquet Workshop. Create a beautiful hand tied flower bouquet with flowers from our own cutting garden, grown by our garden team. Head Gardener, Jane, will talk you through how to cut and condition your flowers and demonstrate how to spiral your flowers and tie it off to make a lovely bouquet. Then wrapped in eco friendly paper, it will make a wonderful gift for yourself or a friend. Tickets are £55pp which includes tea & coffee throughout, a homemade sweet treat and all materials. Add on lunch for an additional £30pp.
Buy your ticketsOur beautiful & spacious Barn makes for a striking event space with its lofty gable ceiling and hops-hung beams. What’s more, it opens onto a private terrace and landscaped garden, with views down to the waterfront. An in-room private bar is also available.
For larger occasions & events look no further than our splendid and airy Event Suite with its estuary views. Enjoy them from the outside in, with large bi-folding doors that open onto a private terrace and beautiful gardens beyond.
Our beautiful Oak Gazebo overlooks our landscaped gardens and the Swale estuary. The proverbial ‘best seat in the house’ for 2-10 guests, it comes complete with heaters, your choice of music & a personal waiter.
Our beautiful Farmhouse ‘cottage’ is just five minutes from The Ferry House. Combine your celebration with an overnight stay in country tranquility. With an open plan ground floor, private garden & eight ensuite bedrooms sleeping 17+, it’s quite the celebratory space.

Event guests can stay in 11 individually-styled B&B rooms at The Ferry House, with select rooms also offering additional camp beds. Guest room accommodation can be booked alongside our self-catering cottages to sleep 70+.
