Our large Kitchen Garden is cropped daily to supply us with an abundance of high quality, fresh & seasonal produce year round. From fruits & veggies, to the herbs & botanicals infused into our cocktails & mocktails, our food & drink provenance is our passion.
Just a stone’s throw from The Ferry House, our family farms supply us with grass-grazed beef & free range eggs & game from the Harty estate. ‘Field to Fork’ menus also change with the seasons, with wonderful produce foraged from the hedgerows & shoreline.
Raise a glass during your event with award-winning gins, vodka & whisky, made using the grain grown on our family farm by the Copper Rivet Distillery. These artisan spirits also feature in our cocktails & we’re incredibly proud to bring them full circle from grain to glass.
Enjoy sit-down dining during your corporate event, with two or three courses of the freshest and best seasonal produce from our Kitchen Garden and family farm, alongside the finest Kent ingredients and drinks from our trusted local producers. Bespoke menus are also available from the expert palates of our 2AA Rosette winning chefs.
For a delicious hot meal without the formality of sit down dining, there's our signature hog roast. Using the finest authentic Kentish Pig on a Stick, the meat is slow roasted to a turn by our chefs and served with locally baked soft white rolls, hot new potatoes, stuffing, crackling, coleslaw & our Harty apple sauce, plus salad bowls. Vegan sausages are available for Vegetarians/Vegans.
This impressive buffet lunch serves up a relaxed alternative to sit down dining, allowing your attendees to move and mingle during your event. Enjoy a generous spread of cheeseboards with crackers, meat items & platters, fruit & chutneys, a variety of filled sub rolls & other salad & savoury plates.
