Mocketts Farm Dog Field – Bringing your four-legged friend on holiday? Enjoy our spacious two-acre, fully secure dog field at Mocketts Farm! Free for all our overnight guests, it’s the perfect place for your pup to stretch their legs, play, and burn off energy. The field includes fun agility equipment to keep things exciting. Pre-booking is essential, with session options of 30 minutes, 50 minutes, 1 hour 50 minutes, or 2 hours 50 minutes.

A Glimpse

Lovely size cottage for a large group

Home from a great weekend at Mocketts Farm cottage.
The road to the cottage which is about 3 miles, is very bumpy and there are many high points.
Ample parking for our 7 cars. A lovely welcome basket was waiting for us on arrival.
Every room had an en suite, supplied with hand soap & towels.
The beds were comfortable and sheets were crisp & clean. The 2 other bedrooms downstairs are handy. There is also a large bathroom with shower for disabled.
The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could need. Pots, pans platter dishes & more.
The sofas were comfortable. ( tv could have been a bit bigger for the size of the room but worked fine)
The long dinning table & chairs were great as we were all able to sit & eat all together ( some chair legs need tightening up)
There was more than enough cutlery too.
The outside area would be great in the summer as there was also a table & chairs to accommodate everyone.
We had a slight problem with the heating switching off & the house becoming a tad too cold. But after a quick phone call to the owner it was sorted.
The ferry house is just a 5 minute walk.

Comfortable, well-equipped accomodation.

Fleet Lodge was perfect for our needs in addition to the Farmhouse. Accommodation was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It was helpful having an enclosed garden as well as the dog paddock. The milk, juice and biscuits were useful. We just missed out on our dog pack!

Beautiful cosy farmhouse

A beautiful country farmhouse to spend quiet time for a relaxing break from your daily busy life. We got to enjoy the serenity, clear skies, beautiful scenery, local wildlife.

The property 'The Farmhouse' is clean, well maintained and managed with enough utensils, warm, ventilated environment, and facilities. Ample parking for 6 rooms along with facilities for outdoor breakfast/lunch, sunbed and barbeque.

Definitely recommended for those who want a break from busy life.

Wow lovely and ideal place for The Ferry House

Wow.....stayed here for a wedding at The Ferry House. Walked in and the cottage was fabulous and welcoming. Everything you need is there. Nice touch with local apple juice and biscuits provided. Modern kitchen.... Booking process and arrival so easy. The Ferry House is a short 8 minute walk and 750m away.
Would definitely recommend if you want to visit Isle of Sheppey and even more so if attending a function at The Ferry House.
