Here in rural tranquillity just 60 minutes from London, our B&B rooms have been furnished to the highest standard. Enjoy a relaxed stay taking in the unique surrounds of our waterside location, with protected wetland reserves and countryside home to magnificent wildlife.

Our rooms are available to book up to 3 months in advance. If you’re looking to book further ahead please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Booking to stay for a wedding at The Ferry House? You will need your “Secret Code” from the wedding couple to release dates and prices to you. If you have your code, enter it further below, and then select the date/s of your stay. While our smaller guests are welcome in our Coach House rooms, if you’re looking for family-friendly accommodation or stays of more than one night, why not take a look at our nearby self-catering cottages?

A further six luxury bed and breakfast rooms can be found in the Coach House. Supremely styled with handmade furnishings and linen, décor nods to our kitchen garden and country wetland location. Your dog is welcome too! Choose from rooms 7 to 10 for dog friendly stays.

Is a holiday just not a holiday without all the family, including the four legged members? Enjoy a dog friendly stay at The Ferry House; simply choose from rooms 7 to 10 & add up to two dogs when booking. Your room comes ready with your dog essentials & our restaurant is also dog friendly. You can also enjoy our two-acre secure dog field at Mocketts Farm for free!

Relaxing stay

We spent a night here in a room overlooking the Swale and had a lovely time. The food was very good and Samantha and Susie looked after us at dinner really well. They laid a table near the fire for us and even brought an extra heater. It feels very remote and peaceful there.

Lovely stay at The Ferry House

We loved our stay at the Ferry House. There was weddings there while we stayed but it didn't spoil it for us. The hotel is lovely we always managed to get a seat right by the open fire and the staff were really friendly. We liked that it was really remote so saw no one around on our walks and even managed to see an Owl just sitting on the tree. The breakfast was lovely on both mornings.

I wasn't expecting that!!!

When my husband and I first heard about The Ferry House, we didn’t think much of it. However, after hearing about it again, we decided to look it up online and give it a try. We arrived with our dog, but at first glance, we thought they wouldn’t allow dogs. To our surprise, we were informed that dogs are welcome, both in the property and for overnight stays.

The building itself is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and the nearby town of Conyer. The service is truly 5-star, with friendly and professional staff. The on-site restaurant serves exquisite food, paired with a great selection of beers, wines, and spirits.

We had an amazing New Year’s celebration, complete with a spectacular fireworks display and fantastic music.
