You know exceptional produce when you see it - and you'll see it here for sure. During your visit take a stroll around our 1.5 acres of Kitchen Garden. Our produce is cropped or foraged daily, so what's on your plate is at its freshest seasonal best. We're also just a stone's throw from our family farm, where we get beautifully marbled, grass grazed beef, plus wild game birds from our family shoot on the Harty Estate.

We're always on the look out for top chefs who share our passion for food provenance, and who want to join us in taking our next step to a second AA Rosette. We're also big believers that with a fulfilling hospitality career, your work life balance must be right. That's why our chefs work a four day week with one weekend day off, have generous pay & tips, a minimum of five days off at Christmas & their uniform laundered for them. Free live in is also available - set waterside within our Kitchen Garden!
